- R3M developed a three-phase plan to improve the condition of Bayshore Regional Sewerage Authority’s collection system.

- Validated the “pipes of concern” through non-destructive testing (NDT).
- Designed and observed repairs and replacements to “pipes of concern” and inoperable mechanical equipment along pipelines.
- R3M will soon develop a Pipeline Management Program for future long-term pipeline monitoring and maintenance.
